Incorporated on August 16, 1979, Sanderson Management Inc. is a dynamic, skilled, and effective team of property management professionals and support staff who service the broad spectrum of condominium and not-for- profit properties. We offer a full range of financial, operational, and administrative services and offer our clients 24-hour availability, 365 days a year. In November 2022 we welcomed the J&W Condominium Management group into our team. We currently have a portfolio of over 120 residential and commercial condominium and non-profit housing properties throughout Waterloo Region, the Greater Hamilton area, and communities from Milton to Paris. Our office is located at 218 Frobisher Drive, in Waterloo.
