Load in:
- Thursday, September 12, 2024: 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (anytime during this window CCI staff will be there)
- Friday, September 13, 2024: 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
Load in through back side doors. There is no loading dock, just a flat surface as exhibit room is on the same street level.
Load out:
- After last coffee break - estimated to be 3:00 PM (Tear down booth and then stay for the cocktail reception in the lobby.)
Cocktail Reception with cash bar will follow after the conference.
