Board Member, HCC 191

For the past decade, Collette has contributed as a dedicated member of HCC 191's Board, with six of those years serving as President. Throughout this tenure, she spearheaded significant initiatives, notably overseeing the comprehensive refurbishment of the corporation’s 33-year-old building. This encompassed a range of upgrades, from roof replacements to redesigning and replacing window walls, implementing new fresh air systems, and revamping entire corridors. Additionally, she led efforts to transition the premises into a 100% smoke-free environment.

Beyond Collete’s role with HCC 191, she held the position of President within the Burlington Downtown Condo Association. The role involves facilitating collaboration among 13 downtown buildings, fostering an environment where information and contacts are shared to benefit the collective community.
