At Normac, Carly supports strategic growth initiatives within the condominium sector by building relationships with property management firms, condominium boards, and industry partners across the industry. Through business development, educational programming, and event leadership, she helps foster industry connections and supports conversations around the understanding of replacement cost valuations.

She is actively involved with both CCI-Toronto and CCI-Golden Horseshoe Chapter committees and participates in CCI initiatives across Southern Ontario.
