Laura Stewart is an experienced and dedicated Licensed Condominium Property Manager committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the efficient operation of the communities she manages. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of condominium corporations, including high-rise, mid-rise, townhome, vacant land, and boutique communities.

Laura began her career with CIE Property Management & Consulting in the corporate office before advancing into condominium property management. She has developed extensive experience in condominium operations, financial management, vendor coordination, governance, resident relations, and capital project oversight.

Known for her practical, solutions-oriented approach, Laura is committed to building strong relationships with Boards of Directors, owners, residents, and service providers.
