Luis A. Hernandez was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario (formerly the Law Society of Upper Canada) in 2017. He received his J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2016. His practice is focused on condominium work, including solicitor and litigation-related matters, and residential tenancies work.
Luis has appeared before numerous courts and tribunals, including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Landlord and Tenant Board, and the Condominium Authority Tribunal. Luis is a member of a number of professional and trade organizations, including the Canadian Condominium Institute (Toronto and Area Chapter) and the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario. Luis is also a director of the Canadian Condominium Institute (Windsor-Essex Chapter), a director of the Canadian Hispanic Bar Association, and is the Co-chair of the Canadian Condominium Institute – National Advertising, Resources, and Communications Committee.
