Mike Mullen is Executive Vice President of Property Management for Wilson, Blanchard Management Inc., an Associa Company.  As Executive Vice President, Mike oversees the four offices of Wilson, Blanchard in the Hamilton, Toronto, St. Catharines and Waterloo regions.

Mike has been with Wilson Blanchard Management Inc. since 1999, fulfilling various roles within the company from Property Manager to Manager of Business Development, Executive Director and in his current role as Executive Vice President.

Kevin Shaw, B.Tech.(Arch.Sc.)

Principal, Cion

Kevin is responsible for all operational aspects of Cion’s building science services and has 30 years of experience in building evaluation and rehabilitation.
Kevin has previously presented seminars for CCI, ACMO and for private management companies on various topics including Reserve Fund Studies, Performance Audits and Building Rehabilitation Engineering.  He has written articles for industry publications such CCI CondoNews magazine and Condominium Manager (magazine for the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario). 

Kevin sits on the Board of Directors for CCI (Golden Horseshoe Chapter) and has been an active member of the Business Partners Committee. Kevin received his LCCI designation in 2025.

 

Stephanie Sutherland

Cohen Highley LLP

Stephanie is a condominium lawyer with Cohen Highley LLP, working with condominium corporations, property managers, Boards, and unit owners. Stephanie sits on the CCI-GHC Board, as well as the CCI-GHC Conference and Professional & Business Partners Committees, the GRC Education Committee, and the CCI-N Resource Content Committee. She is a frequent speaker at CCI events and authors articles for condo publications. She obtained the (former) ACCI designation in 2015, and the LCCI designation in 2022.

 

Luka Milidragovic

Director, Condominium Lending Group

Luka has over four years of experience in providing tailor-made financing solutions to condominium corporations across Canada. He sits on the Board of Directors of CCI Windsor, serves on several CCI committees, and actively participates in various CCI initiatives. Luka speaks regularly at industry events and remains an active contributor to the Canadian condominium sector.

 

Kelly MacDonald

Detail Roofing

Kelly MacDonald has been an active member of the condominium industry since 2017 through her role at Detail Roofing & Sheet Metal. As the lead for Client Engagement & Events, she develops and delivers educational webinars and in-person seminars—many of which qualify for Continuing Professional Education credits for CMRAO-licensed managers. In addition, she oversees the planning and execution of industry events and supports the company’s broader marketing initiatives.

Kelly has been an engaged volunteer with the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter since 2022, as a member of the Professional & Business Partners Committee. She contributes regularly to committee meetings, in-person luncheons, and has authored articles for CondoNews magazine. She also serves on the sub-committee for the joint CCI-GHC and BSAO Golf Tournament and has been a member of the CCI National Events Committee since 2022.

 

Zeke Margaritis

Armourco

Zeke Margaritis is the Business Development Manager at ArmourCo Solutions, where he focuses on sales strategy, customer relationship management, and process improvement. With a background in project management, Zeke brings hands-on experience overseeing projects from contract through completion, including scheduling, procurement, production, and client coordination. He is also an active volunteer with the Canadian Condominium Institute’s Golden Horseshoe Professional Business Partners Committee.

 

Carly Rowden

Client Engagement, Normac

At Normac, Carly supports growth initiatives within the condo sector by strengthening relationships with property management firms, boards, and key industry partners. Her role combines strategic outreach, educational programming, and event leadership to drive visibility and foster long-term partnerships.

As the condo industry continues to evolve, Carly is focused on expanding Normac’s reach, deepening client relationships, and contributing to thoughtful conversations around insurance appraisal fundamentals and risk awareness.

Wayne brings over 20 years of sales experience, backed by a strong technical background and excellent people management skills. His ability to understand both the technical and business sides of a project makes him a key asset to Wellington Dock & Door.

 

Jordan Vandervelde B.Eng. Mgmt., M.A.Sc., P.Eng.

Principal & Regional Lead, Edison Engineers

Jordan is a Project Principal at Edison Engineers that is responsible for building assessments, development of repair strategies, and management of their implementation. Jordan leverages his years of hands-on contracting experience with his structural design and restoration expertise to effectively blend theory with practicality to produce exceptional results.

He supports the Edison team across the GTA to help deliver Structural Restoration and Building Envelope repair projects. He also provides invaluable support to Reserve Fund Study development, Capital Plans and Performance Audit Resolutions.
