Maria specializes in condominium law, development and administration. Maria supports over 650 of the firm’s residential and commercial condominium clients throughout Ontario. Maria has also obtained her Associate of Canadian Condominium Institute (ACCI) designation in law, which recognizes that she has achieved a high level of knowledge and skill of condominium law. Maria is the President of the Canadian Condominium Institute – Golden Horseshoe Chapter and the Chair of the Education Committee and a member of the Hamilton Law Association Real Estate Subcommittee. Maria’s practice includes advising boards of directors, property managers and developers on all areas of condominium law.

Michelle Joy is the Vice President of Operations for Wilson Blanchard’s Niagara office, where she oversees condominium management operations and leads staff development. With over a decade of experience in the condominium industry, Michelle earned her Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) designation from ACMO in 2017 and is a General License Manager with the CMRAO.
She is passionately involved in advancing the profession, serving as Secretary on the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter Board, speaking at industry events, and teaching property management courses for the CMRAO and Humber College
