Please join us for the 2016 Annual General Meeting being held at Flamboro Downs, 967 Hwy 5 W, Dundas, ON L9H 5E2, on Wednesday, September 28, 2016.
Nominations for the Board are now being accepted until August 1st, and all CCI – Golden Horseshoe Chapter members are invited to stand for election. Candidates for the Board can be Professional, Business Partners, Directors of Condominium Corporations or Individual Unit Owners. If you can’t attend, we encourage you to forward your proxy to the office so you vote will count!
Your membership renewal must be received by the CCI-GHC office by August 31, 2016 to be processed in time for the AGM. Those that are not received by this date will not be on the most current membership list and will not be entitled to vote at the AGM. Please note all members must be paid members to be eligible to vote. (Note: First year complimentary access members are NOT eligible to vote)

The event is complimentary to all CCI-Golden Horseshoe Chapter members, but we ask that pre-register. Please RSVP by September 16, 2016. Refreshments will be served.
The full AGM package will be available to members online in mid-August.
If you have mobility issues please let the CCI-GHC know as we will need to make arrangements for reserved seating. The meeting room is on the 2nd floor of the facility and has stadium seating.
