The Professional & Business Partners Committee is hosting this lunch & learn focused on building envelope related issues and best practices including roofs, windows, siding, EIFS issues, solutions, and best practices. The session will focus specifically on building envelope considerations for both townhouses and high-rises, and how to successfully manage these major projects with an effective communication strategy. 

This session is relevant for all condo directors, owners, and property managers, who will inevitably face building envelope challenges during the life of a property.
