This course will build on the Level 200 knowledge of condominium law and administration and explain changes in condominium legislation, Bill 106 – the “New” Condominium Act, the Protecting Condominium Owners Act and the Condominium Management Services Act.
This is a practical, hands-on course that reviews Bill 106 in a detailed way to equip condominium directors, property managers and owners how to effectively manage their condominiums in accordance with the new requirements.
