Past member of the CCI Conference Committee. Licensed with CMARO Property Manager. Member of Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario is a Registered Condominium Manager (R.C.M.) Retired Real Estate Broker. He has spoken and been a moderator at CCI events.
Sally Dooman R.C.M.
Sally-Anne Dooman has been managing condominium properties for over 15 years, and the is the Director of Condominium Management Hamilton, for Wilson Blanchard. Sally also has responsibility for training and supporting other managers and enjoys the opportunity to meet with Boards and unit owners when chairing various Owners’ meetings. As an active member of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter, Sally has been a frequent presenter at CCI conferences and educational sessions, a member of various CCI committees, and has written articles for condominium industry publications.
Gail Cote R.C.M.
Gail Cote is a Condominium Manager at Property Management Guild. She has enjoyed providing professional Property Management services to her clients since 1999 and has achieved her RCM designation. Gail is currently on the Board of Directors of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter as Secretary as well as the current Board liaison/past Chairperson for the Membership and Social Media/Marketing Committee. She is also an active volunteer on the CCI-GHC Professional Business Partners Committee. Gail has participated as a speaker at CCI events including the CCI-GHC Annual Conference, as well as having written articles for the Condo News publication.
Carole Booth, retired teacher, is in her first year of her third three-year term as president of her condominium, which is self-managed. She is also a member of the social committee, works on the garden committee and assists the newsletter committee. She is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of CCI and participates on the education, communication, governance, conference and external relations committees. Carole enjoys travelling, cooking, gardening, swimming and helping others.
