Chris Jaglowitz has practised condominium law and dispute resolution in Toronto for 17 years. Chris serves condo communities across Ontario by helping condo boards and managers navigate tricky situations with practical, economical solutions. When disputes aren't nipped in the bud, Chris represents condo corporations in mediation and arbitration proceedings and in the Superior Court of Justice. Chris is also a neutral arbitrator of condo disputes. Chris assisted the Ontario Government's review of the Condo Act from 2012 to 2014 by sitting on its working groups and expert panel, leading to Bill 106, the Protecting Condominium Owners Act, 2015. Much work still needs to be done and Chris remains active in recommending improvements.
