Andy Xiao, P.Eng., RRO | Manager, Building Restoration Division

Andy is a Professional Engineer and the Division Manager of the Building Restoration Group at MTE. He has 10 years of experience working within the building restoration field. He has been involved in many projects from small leakage investigations and repairs to large-scale portfolio renovations and retrofit projects. His technical abilities within the different disciplines of building restoration sets him apart from others. He believes the secret to successful building restoration projects comes from a deep understanding of how buildings are designed and having the ability to predict how repairs and retrofits will behave against the test of time

 

Karen Boux, Sr. Property Manager

Lodestone Properties Inc

Karen has been working in Condominiums since 2009, with RCM and General License designations in 2014.  After spending much of her career as a full-time manager for a large high-rise, she started Lodestone Properties Inc and has expanded her portfolio to include high-rise, mid-rise, townhomes, and small properties including church and school conversions. As the proud owner of Lodestone Properties Inc, Karen works with managers in the Hamilton and surrounding areas and providing them a strong back support office.

Michelle is Executive Director of Condominium Management in the Hamilton office supervising and training staff. She has been working in the condominium industry since 2013 and achieved the designation of Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) with the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2017. Michelle is actively involved in the condominium industry and has participated as a speaker at CCI events, volunteered on CCI committees and written articles for Wilson Blanchard’s Condo Connection.

Gail has enjoyed providing professional Property Management Services to her clients since 1999. Gail has served on the Board of Directors of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Chapter Executive as Secretary, as well as Board liaison and past Chairperson for the Membership and Social Media/Marketing Committee. She has also been an ongoing volunteer on the Professional Business Partners and Communication Committees. Gail has presented at numerous CCI educational events including CCI-GHC annual conferences and has written several articles for the CCI-GHC Magazine.
