Upon completing her business degree, JJ worked in the agricultural and insurance industries before joining Wilson Blanchard in 2017. JJ quickly adapted to the condominium management industry and has excelled at managing high-rise, townhouse and vacant land sites in addition to commercial condominium properties. She also has a great deal of experience dealing with Tarion first year projects. JJ obtained her RCM designation in 2020 and assists in training, recruiting and mentoring new condominium professionals within the organization.

Richard holds a Master of Law with a focus on Appropriate Dispute Resolution and the “A.C.C.I.” - Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute - designation, which is the country’s only condo-specific designation for condominium professionals. With a strong background in construction law, Patrick has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court, Court of Appeal, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.
