Condominium Lending Group
Ryan is the Managing Director at Condominium Lending Group. He works closely with condo boards and their communities to develop and implement the best financial solution for their needs and specializes in arranging innovative financing for major condominium repair projects. As a financial expert with over 20 years of experience in commercial lending, he enhances the knowledge of his clients by providing the information and tools they need to make informed financial decisions.
Ryan is an active member of the condominium community and currently serves as the Chair of the CCI Golden Horseshoe Professional & Business Partners Committee, as well as the Chair of the CCI National Finance & Risk Management Committee, the Vice President for CCI Huronia, and on various committees for CCI Toronto and CCI Grand River.

Elia Associates
With nearly a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation, Yeganeh has represented individuals, corporations, and institutions before all levels of Ontario courts, including the Court of Appeal. She is known for her straightforward, results-driven approach—focusing on practical, cost-effective solutions that align with her clients’ goals. In addition to her legal practice, she has taught business law and dispute resolution at GTA colleges, sharing her expertise with future professionals.
Stephanie Sutherland
Cohen Highley LLP
Stephanie is a condominium lawyer with Cohen Highley LLP, working with condominium corporations, property managers, Boards, and unit owners. Stephanie sits on the CCI-GHC Board, as well as the CCI-GHC Conference and Professional & Business Partners Committees, the GRC Education Committee, and the CCI-N Resource Content Committee. She is a frequent speaker at CCI events and authors articles for condo publications. She obtained the (former) ACCI designation in 2015, and the LCCI designation in 2022.
Michelle Kelly
Partner, Robson Carpenter LLP
Michelle is a condominium lawyer at Robson Carpenter LLP in Ayr. She assists condominiums, managers, and owners throughout Ontario with a range of condominium issues. Michelle currently serves as a director for the Grand River Chapter of CCI and previously served as a director for the Golden Horseshoe and London chapters. She regularly contributes articles to condominium industry magazines and is frequently asked to speak about condominium legal issues at seminars organized by CCI. Michelle also writes about condominium legal issues on Robson Carpenter LLP’s condominium management blog: www.ontcondolaw.com.
