Shibley Righton

Patrick Greco is a Partner in the Condominium Law group at Shibley Righton LLP, where he brings a rare mix of legal precision, practical insight, and just the right dose of humour to help condo boards and managers stay sane. A former litigator turned all-around condo problem-solver, Patrick guides clients through everything from daily governance hiccups to full-blown court battles—always with clear communication and the occasional creative twist. He actually enjoys chairing tough owners’ meetings (yes, really) and sees them as opportunities to build stronger communities.

Patrick serves on several CCI committees, speaks regularly at industry events, and teaches courses for CCI, ACMO, and Humber College. When he’s not lawyering or lecturing, you’ll find him tending his garden, practicing yoga, brewing kombucha, or perfecting recipes—fresh from his Culinary Arts certificate at George Brown College.

picDavid Mendel

Realtor, Aura Signature Realty Inc.

David Mendel brings a rare, full-cycle perspective to condominium communities, shaped by hands-on experience across engineering, property management, and real estate development. He began his career in engineering consulting, gaining firsthand knowledge of how commercial and residential building systems are designed, constructed, and operated.

Transitioning into property management,  where he oversaw day-to-day building operations, financial planning, and governance for condominium corporations. This leadership role gave him a deep understanding of the challenges condo boards face — from maintenance planning and budget management to long-term asset protection.

Today, with Aura Signature Realty Inc., David specializes in VIP condominium sales, construction, development, and strategic advisory services. He has played a key role in major acquisitions and development projects. David’s unique background allows him to bridge the gap between the technical, operational, and ownership sides of condominium living — making his guidance especially valuable for boards navigating complex building and governance decisions.
