Speaker
JJ Foulds
Wilson Blanchard
After earning her business degree, JJ spent time in the agricultural and insurance worlds before discovering her true calling—the wild and wonderful world of condominiums—in 2017. She quickly proved her talent for juggling high-rises, townhouses, vacant land sites, and commercial condos, all while wrangling Tarion first-year projects with ease (and only minimal coffee-fueled panic). Since earning her RCM designation in 2020, JJ has been paying it forward by training, recruiting, and mentoring new condo professionals—because someone has to show the rookies where the fire extinguisher is (literally and figuratively).
In 2022, she joined the Board of her own 35-unit townhouse condo in South Burlington, where she now gets to experience life on both sides of the board table. With major projects underway and a Reserve Fund under review, JJ is excited to keep contributing her hands-on experience—and her sense of humour—to the broader condo community through CCI.
