Michelle serves as the Vice President of Operations at Wilson Blanchard’s Niagara office, bringing over a decade of experience in the condominium management industry. Since beginning her career in 2013, she has earned several professional designations, including the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) through the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) in 2017, as well as the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. She also holds a General Licence with the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). Michelle is actively engaged in advancing the condominium industry and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for the Golden Horseshoe Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI). In addition to her leadership role, Michelle is passionate about education and shares her expertise by teaching future condominium managers through CMRAO and Humber College.

Maria is the Chair of the Education Committee and a member of the Hamilton Law Association Real Estate Subcommittee.
