Nathan Helder is the President of Gelderman Landscaping. He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph. Nathan is passionate about finance, sales and business development. He provides leadership and direction to the company and spearheads new initiatives. Nathan also volunteers in several forums. He is the Chair of The Environmental Stewardship Committee with Landscape Ontario, and past President of the Business Executive Organization. Nathan is a mentor in his church Youth Group, an ACMO Associates Committee member and a Landscape Ontario Trade Show Committee member. Nathan has published several articles on landscaping and environmental stewardship, as well as other industry-related subjects. He is married to Michelle, and has one daughter.

Sandy has an extensive knowledge of property management, having been in this industry in Ontario and BC since 1985. Sandy has been employed as a Property Manager with Wilson Blanchard Management since 1996 and is now the Director of Property Management for the Hamilton office of WB, responsible for the supervision, mentoring and training of our managers.
Sandy is a graduate of UWO, and obtained her RCM in 2003. During this time of change, she is actively participating in the important CCI Bill 106 education sessions being offered by our chapter.

Tom Gallinger is the Vice President of Atrens-Counsel Insurance Brokers, a brokerage that specializes in managing insurance programs for condominiums, unit owners and property management professionals. Tom has been in the insurance industry for 15 years in various underwriting, brokering and management roles. As a specialist in Commercial and Condominium insurance, Tom strives to deliver a high level of service by managing the long-term insurance needs of his clients. In his career with Atrens-Counsel, Tom has done a number of educational presentations for various industry associations and groups aimed at unit owners, boards, and property managers. Tom holds an honours bachelor's degree in business, his Fellowship Chartered Insurance Professional (FCIP), as well as his Canadian Risk Management (CRM) designations.

Ed Keenleyside, B.A., DSA (CCI), is a retired teacher and a City of Burlington Supervisor and Adjudicator in the Traffic & Transit Dept. Since 2006, he has served on the Board of HSC 504 as President and Newsletter Editor. In 2009, he founded the Burlington Downtown Condominium Association and is still a Director. As part of the Golden Horseshoe Board, Ed has served as a Director, Fair Taxes Campaign Chair, and Education Committee Chair, as well as a member of the Transition Committee. He also edited the current Level 200 CCI GHC Course Manual and has pledged his support in the upcoming revision.
Ed has been a periodic contributor to the Condo News and has presented at various condominium seminars. Ed is currently interested in the smooth implementation of the new condominium act, Bill 106.

Joseph A. (Joe) Gaetan has been a condominium owner, board member and Treasurer for HSCC608 since 2013. As a board member, he also takes a lead role in writing the quarterly newsletter for HSCC608. Joe’s background includes a 50-year uninterrupted work career in Manufacturing Management, Human Resources, Total Quality, Business Consulting, and Small Business ownership.
Joe holds a Bachelor of General Studies in Applied Studies (honours list) from Athabasca University, an Ontario Dep. of Education Applied Arts and Technology Certificate, and a Journeyman Machinist Certificate. Joe is also a member of the City of Burlington Downtown Parking Advisory Committee.

Laurie Hebblethwaite is a Project Manager for the Remy Consulting Engineers Ltd. Laurie has been working in the Building Science field since 1987. Laurie has extensive experience in project management of field inspection, field investigation and the preparation of technical reports and specifications; field assessment/investigation and historical investigation of environmental conditions; field investigation for building envelope condition surveys, balcony condition surveys and parking structure condition surveys; technical building condition audits and reporting including reserve fund studies, condition surveys, new construction technical audits and life-cycle forecasting; design of various building rehabilitation projects, primarily dealing with building envelope, roofing and parking structures.
Laurie is currently working towards obtaining through the Roofing Consultants Institute his Registered Roof Observer (RRO) and Registered Exterior Wall Observer (REWO). As well, Laurie has recently completed the Building Science Specialist program at the University of Toronto through the Ontario Building Envelope Council (OBEC).
Complementing his Building Science experience, Laurie has been a self-employed contractor in the building envelope and roofing restoration field.

Stephanie is a condominium lawyer with McCarter Grespan Beynon Weir PC, practicing in the areas of condominium management and litigation, condominium development, and residential and commercial real estate. Stephanie works with condominium corporations and unit owners to help them address day-to-day condominium governance matters and resolve disputes.An active member of the condominium community in Ontario, Stephanie is involved in the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI) Golden Horseshoe, Grand River, and London chapters, and sits on various CCI committees. She is a frequent speaker at CCI conferences and seminars, and contributes articles to condominium publications including Condo News. Stephanie obtained her ACCI (Associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute) designation in 2015.

Jim Halliday has an extensive background in issues relevant to the priorities of Golden Horseshoe Chapter, and also a strong history of volunteering. He believes that his key strengths of strategic planning, problem solving, client relationships, and project management will be beneficial as a Director with the Golden Horseshoe Chapter.
Jim’s career from 1992 through to 2007 was in senior administrative positions in the private and public sector, responsible for between 50 to 350 employees and the control of Operating budgets ranging from $5 million and $100 million, with Capital budgets from between $500,000 to $90 million per year.
John has served on his Strata board since 2013, as board President, where the board managed some significant operational changes that resulted in major budget savings for the Corporation and improved operations within the building.
